The single retreat comprises a totally private, customised one-on-one wellbeing program, including your own beautiful beach house or country house with personal chef and personal attendant, along with daily fitness, therapy and healing sessions over the course of a week.

The single retreat offers a personalised luxury wellness journey to improve the way in which you live, and gives you the tools you need to continue when leaving the retreat. It also provides a healthy, pampering time away from the stresses of daily life. 

There are four primary programs at the private retreat, the De-Stress program, the De-Tox program, Weight Loss/Fitness Program and the Pamper Me program. All also help address personal issues such as anxiety, depression, exhaustion, relationship issues, and many more.
